Here is how to configure the cTrader platform to send emails:

First and most important step of ALL. Install cTrader from the cTrader website and NOT any other version provided by any broker, because those only cause problems. Here is the link for the official and most up to date cTrader: https://ctrader.com/download/
Click on this link and configure an app password for cTrader: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833?hl=en
Then open cTrader, go to Settings > Email and use these settings:
Enable Email: Yes
Use SSL: Yes
Server (SMTP): *Check the list below for your SMTP server
Port: *Check the list below for your server Port
Use Authentication: Yes
Username: Your Email
Password: The app password you created on Step 2

List of SMTP Servers and Ports:

Gmail:
- Server: smtp.gmail.com
- Port: 587
Outlook:
- Server: smtp.live.com
- Port: 587
Office365:
- Server: smtp.office365.com
- Port: 587
Yahoo:
- Server: plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com
- Port: 465
Hotmail:
- Server: smtp.live.com
- Port: 465
If your server is not in this list, search for it on Google and look for the outgoing port number.
