I did like you mentioned above but new user cannot see the alerts. Any idea what's wrong, please?

Please check if there are any white spaces in the token and id on ctrader. Check if the stop all alerts is set to NO, and check if the telegram alerts is set to Yes.

For my self is working perfect, I added my friend and he cannot see any incoming alerts. He add bot and send /start

I updated step 1 because some people are using custom versions of cTrader provided by their brokers. Those custom versions of cTrader only cause problems. Please install it from the official link https://ctrader.com/download/

If you are talking about this link: "https://api.telegram.org/bot<TOKEN>/getUpdates", you have to edit the <TOKEN> part of the link with your token
